Shin & Kim LLC (CEO Oh Jong-han) announced on the 1st that it has recruited former Seoul Regional Tax Service Commissioner Lim Sung-bin as an advisor to the Shin & Kim taxes group.
Advisor Lim Sung-bin graduated from Gyeongnam High School and the Department of Business Administration at Seoul National University, entering public service as a 37th Administrative Examination pass candidate. He has worked as Director of the Investigation Bureau 4 at the Seoul Regional Tax Service, Department Head of the International Transactions Investigation Bureau, and Department Head of the Investigation Bureau 2, accumulating over 32 years of experience in the field of taxes administration.
Additionally, he served as Director of the Corporate Taxation Bureau at the National Tax Service and Inspector General, and he held posts as Commissioner of the Busan Regional Tax Service in 2020 and 49th Commissioner of the Seoul Regional Tax Service in 2021. He has also worked on assignments at the Office of the Economic Secretary to the President, the National Tax Tribunal (currently the Tax Tribunal), and the United Kingdom's HM Revenue and Customs.
