Yoon & Yang LLC (Managing Partner Lee Myung-soo) announced on the 29th that it has launched the "National Assembly Inspection Solution Team" within its Government Relations Consulting Center ahead of the first national audit since the new government took office.
The first national audit since the inauguration of Lee Jae-myung's government is expected to take place in October. The "National Assembly Inspection Solution Team" aims to diagnose various crisis situations that may arise during the national audit and to propose practical solutions to minimize the risks that corporations and institutions may face.
The "National Assembly Inspection Solution Team" plans to provide comprehensive and differentiated national audit response solutions, including ▲analysis of policy issues to be addressed during the national audit, ▲proactive responses and risk management regarding the selection of witnesses and informants, ▲strategies for media and public opinion response, ▲preparation of policy and legal alternatives through the national audit, and ▲response to the national audit report.
The Yoon & Yang LLC National Assembly Inspection Solution Team will be led by advisory member Park Kwang-on, a former floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, as well as Managing Partners Cho Seong-wook (former Chief Prosecutor of Daejeon and 17th Judicial Research and Training Institute), Lee Min-gul (former chief judge of the Daegu High Court (17th)), Kang Nam-il (former Vice Commissioner of the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office (23rd)), and Lee Dong-geun (former chief judge of the Seoul High Court (22nd)) who will oversee the issues.
In addition, advisory member Song Byeong-cheol, a former chief expert of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee, along with advisory members Park Jae-hyun and Yoon Young-ho, both from media outlets, and advisory members Byeon Gyeong-seok and Jo Yong-tae, who come from central administrative agencies, as well as expert commissioners who have been aides in the National Assembly will be responsible for operations.
