Kim's attorney said on the 26th, "It seems that due to health reasons, she will not attend the investigation tomorrow (the 27th)." Initially, the special prosecutor planned to conduct the fifth investigation of Kim after her arrest at 10 a.m. on the 27th.
The special prosecutor is scheduled to summon Kim at 10 a.m. on the 28th after coordinating the schedule with her side. Kim's side has also stated that she will attend on the 28th.
Previously, on the 12th, the court issued an arrest warrant for Kim. Afterward, the arrest period was extended and is set to expire on the 31st. Considering the expiration of her arrest, the special prosecutor plans to indict Kim on the 29th.
On the 25th, the fourth investigation of Kim after her arrest took place. The special prosecutor reported that Kim exercised her right to remain silent for most of the session. The investigation began at 10:10 a.m. and ended at 3:45 p.m., and the review of the record continued from 4:15 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.

She is also accused of participating as a 'lender' in the Deutsche Motors stock manipulation case that occurred from 2009 to 2012, and of receiving high-priced necklaces along with requests related to the sect from the Unification Church through Jeon Seong-bae, which violates the Capital Market Act and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
