On the 7th, Yulchon (represented by Kang Seok-hoon) announced that it has recruited former National Intelligence Service Vice Administrator Yoon Oh-jun as an advisor.
Yoon, born in 1967, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in business administration and later obtained a master's in engineering from Konkuk University and a Ph.D. in IT policy management from Soongsil University, as well as a master's in law from Dankook University.
He began his public service career in 1992 at the National Security Planning Agency, the predecessor of the National Intelligence Service. Yoon served as the Director of the Cyber Security Division at the National Intelligence Service, an administrative officer in the Office of the President's Chief of Communication and the Cyber Security Office, and as the Minister of the Cyber Security Division of the National Security Office at the Office of the President.
