Yoo is the person who received the luxury bag given to Kim Keon-hee under the pretense of a gift from Jeon and exchanged it for another bag.
The special prosecutor plans to summon Jung Ji-won, a former administrative officer, for questioning at 5 p.m. Jung is known to be the actual user of a contact saved under the name 'Geonhee2' on Jeon's personal phone.
Meanwhile, on the 23rd, the special prosecutor first summoned Jo Yeon-kyung, the remaining member of the three men of the 문고리, for investigation.
