BAE, KIM & LEE LLC announced on the 4th that it has recruited former Administrator Lim Jae-hyun, who served as the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service during the Moon Jae-in administration.
Advisor Lim Jae-hyun graduated from Yonsei University and entered public service as a pass holder of the 34th higher civil service exam. He is recognized as an expert in tax systems after serving in key positions, including the National Tax Service, Permanent Judge of the Tax Tribunal, Director of Property Consumption Tax Policy at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Director of Income Corporate Tax Policy, Director of General Tax Policy, Director of the Taxation Bureau, and the Administrator of the Korea Customs Service.
With nearly 30 years of public service experience mainly in tax policy, tax administration, and tariff administration, Advisor Lim will provide advisory services on all areas of taxes, tariffs, and trade strategy innovation at the BAE, KIM & LEE tax group and trade strategy innovation hub.
