Yoon Suk-yeol's side stated on the 29th that he has been responding diligently to the investigation by the special prosecutor's team regarding the insurrection. He explained that he would attend any lawful summons from the special prosecutor's team.
After the investigation on that day, Yoon's attorney, Song Jin-ho, met with reporters and said, "The president has testified fully as he knows," adding, "He answered diligently even though he is currently under trial concerning the cabinet meeting matters."
Regarding the disruption during the special prosecutor's investigation due to the questioning by Park Chang-hwan, the chief of the Serious Crimes Investigation Division of the Korean National Police Agency, he argued, "Chief Park was the person who unlawfully entered the official residence," and stated, "It's unreasonable for the person who attacked me to interrogate me again."
Attorney Song also mentioned regarding the special prosecutor's additional summons, "We agreed to continue discussions," and said, "Of course, we will attend any lawful summons."
