The Ministry of Education announced on the 25th that it will conduct concentrated counseling on career and academic planning for first and second-year high school students on the Together School website from July 7 to November 30.
This counseling will be conducted by a support group for career and academic planning consisting of a total of 450 current high school teachers. They are expected to provide career counseling, advice on subject selection based on the desired area of study, and guidance on study methods for each subject to the students who apply for counseling.
Students who wish to receive counseling must register as members of the 'Education Digital One Pass' and access the Together School website with the issued ID to fill out a counseling application form. Counseling will be conducted sequentially based on the order of applications. According to the Ministry of Education, counseling results can typically be received about two weeks later.
Kim Cheon-hong, the head of educational policy at the Ministry of Education, noted, "We will operate the counseling service effectively so that students can receive significant help in finding and choosing subjects that match their career and aptitude."
