The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced on the 16th that it will recruit participants for the '2025 Safety Practice Campus' until July 4th.
The Safety Practice Campus is a program that supports university students in planning and implementing safety campaigns voluntarily.
Any currently enrolled university student can participate. Teams can submit campaign proposals on safety topics, such as campus crime prevention and first aid education dissemination. Detailed information can be found on the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's website or the National Safety Education Platform.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety will accept applications and finally select a total of 10 teams. Selected teams will receive an activity fund of 1 million won. Additionally, teams with excellent performance will also be awarded the Minister of the Interior and Safety Prize.
Kim Yong-kyun, head of the Safety Prevention Policy Office of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, said, "I hope this will be an opportunity for a safety culture to spread in the community and for university students to take interest in and participate in various safety policies."
