Parents have filed a complaint that a male and female teacher engaged in inappropriate conduct in a classroom at an elementary school in Daegu.
According to the Daegu City Office of Education, a complaint from a parent regarding inappropriate behavior by a male and female teacher was received on the afternoon of the 7th at around 3:30 p.m.
At that time, most students had already returned home after finishing classes. However, it is reported that some students witnessed the situation.
Upon learning of this from the students, the education office received a complaint from a parent and subsequently suspended the two teachers the next day while initiating an investigation. These teachers are reportedly denying the inappropriate conduct.
The education office plans to decide whether to refer the case to the disciplinary committee as soon as the investigation results are out.
