Law firm BKL(Bae, Kim & Lee) announced on the 12th that it has recruited attorney Yoon Hwa-rang, a former Supreme Court research judge.
Attorney Yoon graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2005 and served as a military lawyer in the Air Force before being appointed as a judge at the Seoul Southern District Court in 2008. He later worked at the Seoul Central District Court, Changwon District Court, Uijeongbu District Court, and Gwangju District Court. During his time at the Central District Court, he served for two years in the labor court. At the Gwangju District Court Mokpo branch, he participated as a drafting committee member for the Labor Litigation Practice Manual. Additionally, he served as a Supreme Court research judge for five years on two occasions, in 2018 and 2023.
Attorney Yoon is expected to handle various civil and criminal cases, securities market matters, and financial investment litigation in the financial litigation team at BKL.
