Law firm Jipyeong will hold a seminar titled 'Indian market entry strategies and dispute responses' in collaboration with Indian law firm Khaitan & Co. on the 13th of next month at 3 p.m.
Khaitan & Co. is an Indian law firm established in 1911. It has offices in New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad, and has also expanded to Singapore.
The first presentation at this seminar will be by Takahui Toyoda from Marubeni Corporation. The topic will be 'Current status and key aspects of major investment areas in India.' Following that, Senior Foreign Attorney O Gyuchang from Jipyeong will present on the topic of 'Overview of investment in India and dispute cases.' Then, partner attorneys Vivek Sriram and Rabitej Chilumuri from Khaitan & Co. will present on 'Dispute response and contract drafting strategies in India.'
