Law firm BKL (Bae, Kim & Lee) (representative lawyer Lee Jun-ki) announced on the 30th that they have recruited lawyers Kim Gun-ho (Judicial Research and Training Institute, 34th class) and Moon Joon-ho (4th Bar Examination), along with specialist Han Sang-ho.
Lawyer Kim Gun-ho has advised on project finance, acquisition financing, overseas business development, and overseas investment for 20 years. Recently, he provided project finance advice for domestic infrastructure projects such as the GTX-B, GTX-C, Dongbu Expressway Underground Project, and Line 9 of the subway. He also handled equity acquisition transactions in new renewable energy projects like solar and wind power, and in businesses such as Pyeongtaek and Gimcheon Energy Service, and the Jeonbuk District Energy Project.
Lawyer Moon Joon-ho was involved in negotiations for the project agreement of the Dongbu Expressway Underground Private Investment Project, project finance for the Shinbundang Line Gangnam-Jeongja Private Investment Project, the Seoul Jemulpo Tunnel Private Investment Project, and project finance for the Gwangmyeong-Seoul Expressway Private Investment Project. He also advised on refinancing related to the Ulsan New Port Development (Phase 1-1) private investment project. Additionally, he provided advice on new IT services for major financial firms, virtual assets and blockchain, and conducted privacy and IT compliance projects for financial firms.
Specialist Han Sang-ho has worked in business development and management of infrastructure private investment projects, starting with the Cheonan-Nonsan Expressway, at domestic construction companies. Since 2005, Han has been involved in business promotion advisory for various private investment and development projects at the Kim & Chang law office.
