A man kicked and damaged Tesla's electric pickup truck, the "Cybertruck," on the streets of Gangnam, Seoul, and fled the scene.
The Gangnam Police Station in Seoul stated on the 16th that they are tracking the man who kicked and damaged the Cybertruck parked on the street and fled.
According to the police, this man kicked the side mirror on the passenger side of a Cybertruck owned by a hospital while walking on the sidewalk in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, around 2 a.m. that day.
The police were dispatched around 10 a.m. after receiving a report from the hospital and are analyzing nearby closed-circuit (CCTV) footage to track down the man. The police plan to charge the suspect with damage to property and investigate the detailed motive and circumstances of the crime.
The hospital announced on social media that this vehicle is the third Cybertruck imported into the country. The vehicle is wrapped with the hospital's promotional phrases. The owner of the first imported Cybertruck in the country is known to be singer Kim Jun-su.
