Earlier, on the 31st of last month, an accident occurred at Changwon NC Park when an exterior structure known as a 'louver', measuring 2.6 meters long, 40 centimeters wide, and weighing about 60 kilograms, fell, injuring three baseball fans below, one of whom, a woman in her 20s, died while receiving treatment.
The police recently conducted a joint investigation at the accident site and are reviewing whether to apply the Serious Accident Punishment Act.
