The Korea Government Human Resources Development Institute announced on the 28th that it held a completion ceremony for the 70th new manager training course (civil service examination) at its headquarters in Jincheongun, North Chungcheong Province.
Following the completion ceremony, 39 new administrative officials will start their public service careers in 19 departments from the 31st. They are the successful candidates from last year's civil service exam for private sector professionals.
Ji Yoon-kyung, head of the Leadership Development Division at the Korea Government Human Resources Development Institute, noted that "the capabilities as private professionals will inject new vitality into the public sector" and urged them to "devote themselves on-site for the people."
