Police arrested a man in his 40s who was walking around naked on a university campus.
The Suwon Central Police Station stated on the 26th that it is investigating a man, referred to as A, in his 40s who was seen walking around completely unclothed on a university campus.
A is under suspicion of indecent exposure for wandering around naked at a university in Suwon around 10:20 a.m. that day. A passerby on campus witnessed A and reported it, leading police to apprehend A in the act.
A is reported to have spoken incoherently about the motive for the crime during police questioning. Police believe that A was not under the influence of drugs and plan to investigate regarding possible mental health issues.
