On the 26th, the Seoul High Court ruled that the allegation against Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party, regarding his statement during the presidential election campaign that he did not know Minister Kim Moon-ki, the former head of the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, does not constitute the publication of false facts. This is the same ruling as in the first trial.
