The wildfire that occurred on the 21st has resulted in 24 deaths, primarily spreading in the Yeongnam region.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters for wildfire response reported that as of 4 p.m. on the 26th, there have been 24 fatalities, 12 seriously injured, and 14 with minor injuries, totaling 50 casualties. However, this is a preliminary figure, and the toll could rise.

Due to the wildfire in Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, there were 20 fatalities, 7 seriously injured, and 8 with minor injuries, resulting in 35 casualties, which were the most significant. The Uiseong wildfire spread rapidly to Andong, Cheongsong, Yeongyang, and Yeongdeok the day before, causing casualties.

The wildfire in Sancheong, Gyeongnam, led to 4 deaths, 5 seriously injured, and 4 with minor injuries, totaling 13 casualties. There were 2 minor injuries reported from the wildfire in Onyang, Uljin.
