Min Hee-jin, the former CEO of ADOR, who is facing allegations of workplace harassment, claimed that the facts concerning the fines imposed on her were "misrecognized."

The attorney for Min noted on the 24th that "upon reviewing the response to the processing results of the case, it was confirmed that the facts surrounding the statements judged as workplace harassment were misrecognized, and there was a misunderstanding of the legal principles related to workplace harassment and the obligations for objective investigations in the Labor Standards Act."

Min's side stated that they plan to formally proceed with the objection process sequentially, such as by quickly submitting opinions to the administrative agency, and will seek to clarify the exact facts of the complaint case and clear the unjust charges against them.

They added that "despite the fact that the decision on the fines imposed on former CEO Min and the fines imposed on ADOR have not been finalized, some reports are treating it as if the decisions have been concluded administratively."

According to a statement, the Seoul Western Branch of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office issued a prior notice of fines related to a workplace harassment complaint case involving former ADOR employee A on the 18th, determining that some statements constituted workplace harassment. However, the alleged sexual harassment reported by A against former ADOR executive B was not recognized.

A filed a complaint against Min last August on charges of defamation and violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, and also initiated a lawsuit for damages. A claims to have suffered workplace harassment and sexual harassment from B, but alleged that Min concealed this and insulted her as the victim. Min previously issued a statement denying these claims.
