According to Ulsan County, it was determined that the wildfire started around 12:12 p.m. on the 22nd when A was welding at a farm shed in a mountain in Onyang-eup, Ulsan County, and sparks flew, igniting nearby fields. Ulsan County special investigation officers confirmed this fact after meeting A at the scene following the outbreak of the wildfire.
Ulsan County plans to summon A for a detailed investigation of the circumstances surrounding the wildfire once it has been completely extinguished.
