On the 21st, various posts appeared on online communities and social networking services (SNS) titled 'Paik Dabang receipt following the controversy over Baek Jong-won's origin labeling violations.' The post included photos of receipts that consumers received from Paik Dabang.

The characteristic feature is that the origin information of all menu items from Paik Dabang is listed on the receipt, in addition to the ordered menu items. Notably, even ingredients that are not required to be labeled were included, with one receipt reaching a length of 65 cm.

Recently, CEO Baek was criminally charged for violating origin labeling laws by falsely promoting certain ingredients in some of the company's products as domestically sourced, even though they were imported from China. This origin labeling by Paik Dabang appears to be the company's response to the ongoing controversy.

As a result, a negative reaction has poured in from the majority of netizens. They expressed critical reactions such as, 'Is it throwing a tantrum?' and 'Is it a battle of origins?'

One netizen pointed out, 'The issue is that the origin was falsely labeled, not that it was unlabeled, so why are they acting this way? This is an irrational response as a corporation owner.'
