A supporter of President Yoon Suk-yeol, wearing the costume of the character 'Captain America' from the American Hollywood 'Marvel' series, has been sent to the prosecution after attempting to invade the Chinese embassy and a police station.

The Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul stated on the 28th that it had sent Ahn Mo (42) to the prosecution for charges of attempted trespassing and damage to public property.

Ahn was arrested in the act after kicking and breaking the glass at the entrance gate on the first floor of the Namdaemun Police Station around 11 p.m. on the 20th. At the time, Ahn reportedly demanded to be investigated quickly, but after being denied, he yelled obscenities at the officers and caused a disturbance.

During the investigation, Ahn presented a U.S. military identification card to the police. However, this ID turned out to be fake. The police also applied charges of forgery of private documents against Ahn.

Ahn claimed to be a 'black agent' of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from the U.S. military, asserting that he was a source for a report by a media outlet about '99 Chinese spies being captured.' An investigation by the police revealed that Ahn is not a U.S. citizen and has never been to the United States. His military service was completed in the Republic of Korea Army as a sergeant.

Earlier, Ahn was arrested while attempting to invade the Chinese embassy in Myeongdong, Jung-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 14th, but was later released. He also occupied the elevator of the National Human Rights Commission when it discussed the issue of ensuring President Yoon's right to defense on the 10th. In both incidents, he was dressed as Captain America.
