Trains bound for the National Veterans Hospital station on Seoul Subway Line 9 are delayed by about 9 minutes due to a track obstruction, as of the 7th.
Seoul Metro Line 9 stated through a safety notification message that "train operations are delayed due to a signal failure at Dangsan Station," adding, "We hope passengers will check the operational status before using the service."
According to Seoul Metro Line 9, delays began around 8:20 a.m. for trains heading from Dangsan Station toward the Sports Complex Station. The company noted, "A track obstruction occurred near Dangsan Station, causing slow movement in that section," and added, "Delays were exacerbated during peak commuting hours."
The cause of the obstruction has not yet been identified, and a precise investigation will be conducted after subway operations conclude for the day.
