Yoon, a special pastor of Love First Church who is suspected of being involved in the disturbance at the Seoul Western District Court, was arrested on the 5th. He is the second special pastor of Love First Church to be arrested, following Lee, who is accused of damaging the judge's office entrance and breaking in.
According to the legal community, Judge Jung Woo-chae of the Seoul Western District Court issued an arrest warrant for Yoon, who is facing charges of joint dwelling invasion under the Punishment of Violences Act. After conducting a preliminary examination for Yoon, Judge Jung stated that there is a concern for evidence destruction and escape.
Yoon is suspected of breaking into the Seoul Western District Court on the 19th of last month after an arrest warrant was issued for President Yoon Suk-yeol. A YouTube video recorded during the incident shows Yoon shouting, "If this continues, President Yoon will die." He was arrested by the police on the 3rd of this month.
As of that day, a total of 66 individuals have been arrested in connection with the disturbance at the Seoul Western District Court. The police investigating this incident have placed Jeon Kwang-hoon, the pastor of Love First Church, under suspicion of inciting rebellion. Meanwhile, it is reported that Yoon was ordered to pay damages by the Seoul Southern District Court the following year for participating in a rally that insulted the senior pastor in front of a church in Seoul in 2022.
