The law firm Jipyeong announced on the 5th that it has recruited Chae Nam-ki, former vice-president of the Korea Exchange, as an advisor.
Advisor Chae graduated from Chungang High School and Korea University majoring in English literature. He joined the Korea Exchange in 1990 and served for 32 years. At the exchange, he held positions as the head of the securities market division, executive director of the KOSDAQ market division, and director of management support (vice-president). After retiring from the exchange, he served as the president of the Korea Investor Relations Council from 2022 to 2024.
Advisor Chae will join the Jipyeong Capital Market Group. He will provide successful IPO strategies to corporations preparing for listings and effective listing maintenance advice to listed companies designated as subjects for listing eligibility review.
Meanwhile, the Jipyeong Capital Market Group has ranked first in advisory performance in the IPO field for five consecutive years.
