Yulchon Law Firm (Chief Attorney Kang Seok-hoon) has newly appointed attorneys Lee Jae-geun (28th Judicial Research and Training Institute) and Oh Jeong-han (30th) as co-representatives of the litigation group. Their term runs for two years starting from the 1st.
Attorney Lee graduated from Banpo High School and Seoul National University College of Law, beginning his career as a judge at the Seoul Central District Court in 2002. He then served at the Seoul High Court, the Civil Affairs Advisory Division of the Supreme Court Administrative Office, and as a Senior Research Judge at the Supreme Court.
Attorney Lee joined Yulchon in 2019 and has served as an adjunct professor at Seoul National University Law School. He is currently representing SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won in a property division case in the Supreme Court. He is also representing LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo in a inheritance recovery lawsuit, and the directors of Korea Zinc in shareholder derivative actions.
Attorney Oh graduated from Daeseong High School and Seoul National University College of Law. He served as a judge at the Uijeongbu District Court from 2004 to 2006 and joined Yulchon in 2006, serving as an adjunct professor at Seoul National University Law School, Vice President of the 95th Seoul Bar Association, and an arbitrator at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
