It has been reported that police sent a notebook written by former Intelligence Commander Roh Sang-won, who is suspected of premeditating the state of emergency on Dec. 3, to the National Forensic Service (NFS) for handwriting analysis. However, the NFS allegedly deemed it impossible to conduct an analysis.
On the 3rd, a police National Investigation Agency official stated that they had sent a notebook, which contained 60 to 70 pages, secured from former Commander Roh's residence, to the NFS for handwriting analysis.
However, it is reported that the NFS made a determination of "impossible to analyze." This suggests that it cannot be definitively concluded that former Commander Roh directly wrote the contents of the notebook.
Earlier, police revealed that the notebook secured during the search of former Commander Roh's residence reportedly contained a phrase suggesting "inducing attacks from the North at the Northern Limit Line (NLL)." Additionally, there were contents that referred to politicians, journalists, religious figures, unions, judges, and public officials as "targeted for collection," police stated.
