The number of casualties from the AIR BUSAN aircraft fire that occurred at Gimhae International Airport has increased to seven. It has been determined that there are no serious injuries, only minor ones such as smoke inhalation and abrasions.

According to the Busan Fire and Disaster Headquarters on the 29th, the initial number of casualties from the AIR BUSAN aircraft fire, which was assessed as three minor injuries, has risen to seven through reclassification by the health center in charge.

Among the injured, a woman in her 70s is complaining of pain in her tailbone and head, while two women in their 50s are reporting back pain. Four crew members who were newly identified as injured are reported to have discomfort in their chests due to smoke inhalation. All of them have been transported to a hospital for treatment.

The fire on the AIR BUSAN passenger aircraft occurred around 10:15 p.m. on the 28th, when a fire broke out at the tail of an aircraft preparing for takeoff to Hong Kong from the parking area of Gimhae Airport. At the time, all 176 passengers and crew members evacuated using the emergency slides.
