According to the '2024 Management Fee Comprehensive Report' released by Apartment Eye on the 21st, the highest monthly management fee recorded nationwide last year was 7,629,430 won.
The household that recorded the highest monthly management fee is known to be located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Hannam-dong is an area concentrated with luxury complexes such as 'Nine One Hannam' and 'Hannam The Hill.' Some households were reported to have a maximum monthly heating cost of 999,997 won. Apartment Eye stated that it aggregated about 40 million records of management fee inquiries nationwide last year.
Meanwhile, Apartment Eye is an apartment-exclusive app that helps with management fee payments for public housing and collective buildings across approximately 33,000 complexes nationwide. It offers functions such as management fee inquiries and payments, package reservations, resident voting, community, and fire department inspections.
An official from Apartment Eye noted, "As a company that supports management fee payments for multi-family housing, we aggregated and released nationwide multi-family housing data," and added, "We hope people will take a look at management fee data that is closely related to daily life but often overlooked."
