The police applied for arrest warrants for 66 of the 90 individuals who were arrested on the 19th during the disturbances that occurred at the Seoul Western District Court and the Constitutional Court.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 20th that it had applied to the Western District Prosecutor's Office for arrest warrants for 66 individuals the previous day, and that 5 of them had undergone a pre-arrest interrogation at the Western District Court that day.

Among those for whom arrest warrants were requested, ▲ 46 were charged with invading the interior of the Western District Court, ▲ 10 were accused of obstructing official duties by blocking a vehicle of the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, and ▲ 10 were charged with obstruction of official duties for climbing over the wall of the Western District Court or assaulting a police officer.

According to the police, of the 90 individuals arrested as current offenders, there was a diverse age range from teens to 70s, but those in their 20s and 30s accounted for 46 individuals (51%). Additionally, it was reported that among the 46 who invaded the interior of the Western District Court, 3 were YouTubers.

A police official noted, "We plan to thoroughly analyze mobile phones, evidence materials, and YouTube videos to confirm all individuals engaging in illegal activities as well as those instigating or aiding such activities and to impose strict penalties."
