Supporters of President Yoon Suk-yeol gathered again in front of the Seoul Western District Court on the 19th. They caused a disturbance inside the court building early that morning.
Supporters gathered in the area of the Western District Court from the previous day until early that morning to prevent the president's arrest. At one point, the number reached up to 44,000 (according to unofficial police estimates), and some of them, upon hearing that an arrest warrant had been issued for President Yoon at the Western District Court, became extremely agitated and broke through the police blockade to invade the courthouse, causing chaos. The police deployed about 1,400 officers, including riot police, to suppress the protesters and arrested 46 individuals in the act. Order was generally restored in the area of the Western District Court by around 7 a.m., and most of the protesters dispersed.
Supporters of President Yoon, who had dispersed, began to gather again starting at 1 p.m. The number, which was about 150, swelled to approximately 1,500 (according to unofficial police estimates) by around 3 p.m. They are marching toward the Constitutional Court via the sidewalk from Gwanghwamun Station, carrying signs that read "Free the president" and "Verify the fraudulent election," while shouting phrases like "Impeachment invalid."
The re-gathered supporters of President Yoon also clashed with police who were attempting to control the situation in front of the Western District Court before the march began. However, there are no reports of injuries or arrests during this process.
