On the 10th, despite the morning low temperature in Seoul dropping to minus 12 degrees Celsius, rallies for and against the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol continued near the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District. Gatherings began in the morning following the 'all-night protest.' The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions set up a tent for sit-in protests.

The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a rally calling for the arrest and detention of President Yoon in front of the Ilshin Building on Hannam-daero at 5 p.m. that day. Chairperson Kim Dong-myung said, “If Yoon Seok-yeol's rebellion had succeeded, the unions resisting the martial law army would have been suppressed,” adding, “Let us fight until the day we arrest Yoon Seok-yeol, imprison him for treason, and pass judgment through impeachment.”

The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions set up tents here and began their sit-in protest. They plan to continue their protest until the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission completes the execution of an arrest warrant against President Yoon.

About 30 meters away from the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions' rally site, the New Freedom Alliance held a gathering in support of President Yoon in front of the Donghwa Building. They waved the Korean and U.S. flags while shouting slogans like 'Arrest Lee Jae-myung' and 'Impeachment null and void.' At the rally against impeachment near the Lutheran Church, Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon of Sarang Jeil Church said, “The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission does not have the authority to arrest the president.”

At around 5 p.m. that day, the temperature in Yongsan District, Seoul, was minus 3 degrees Celsius. With the wind blowing, the perceived temperature was minus 6 degrees. Participants in the rallies for and against impeachment wore hats attached to their padded jumpers, and some wrapped themselves in aluminum foil blankets.

The 'Immediate resignation of Yoon Seok-yeol · Emergency action for social reform' group, comprised of 45 members of the People Power Party, gathered in front of the presidential residence on the 6th to prevent the execution of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission's arrest warrant and held a press conference urging resignation in front of the People Power Party headquarters in Yeouido. This group also held rallies at the district office of Representative Na Kyung-won in Dongjak-gu and the district office of Representative Han Gi-ho in Chuncheon, Gangwon.
