A cold wave warning has been issued for most areas of the country, and on Saturday, the 11th, morning temperatures are expected to drop to around -10 degrees, particularly in the central region.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 10th, the lowest morning temperature on the 11th is expected to be between -18 and -2 degrees, and the highest daytime temperature is expected to be between -3 and 5 degrees.

In Cheorwon and Inje, morning temperatures are expected to drop to -18 degrees and -17 degrees, respectively. Seoul is forecasted to have a low of -8 degrees and a high of 1 degree. The central region will have daytime temperatures around 0 degrees, with strong winds making the perceived temperature even lower.

There are also reports of snow and rain in various areas. Rain or snow is expected in the morning hours along the western coast of South Chungcheong Province and the western coast of Jeolla Province, and in the afternoon on Jeju Island. Heavy and significant snow of 1 to 3 cm per hour is expected until the morning of the 11th along the western coast of Jeolla Province, with some island areas, such as the waters off the coast of South Chungcheong Province and Jeolla Province, seeing more than 10 cm of snow.

The anticipated snowfall by the 12th is expected to be 3 to 10 cm along the western coast of North Jeolla Province and 1 to 5 cm along the western coast of South Jeolla Province. The expected precipitation is 10 to 30 mm in Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and 5 to 20 mm in Jeju Island.

The concentration of fine dust is expected to be at a level of 'good' to 'moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
