It appears that by the 4th, a week after the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster, the process of handing over all 179 victims' bodies will be completed.

Authorities in charge of the recovery effort noted through a briefing for the bereaved families held at 9:40 a.m. at Muan International Airport that, as of 8 a.m., 70 people had been handed over to their families and that the work of reassembly had been completed overnight.

They added that if the reassembly work is completed by the morning of that day, they will proceed with final confirmation and documentation, allowing for the handover of all bodies by that afternoon.
