The morning low temperatures are expected to be between -12 and 0 degrees, with daytime highs ranging from 3 to 8 degrees.

Especially in the inland areas of northern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, morning temperatures are expected to drop below -10 degrees (around -15 degrees in the Gangwon mountains), so extra caution is advised for health management.

The whole country will be mostly clear, but there will be many clouds in the Chungnam and Jeolla regions, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.

Ulneungdo and Dokdo are expected to receive 1 to 5 cm of snow or about 5 mm of rain from the 3rd to the early hours of the 4th.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'good' to 'moderate' across the country due to smooth atmospheric diffusion.

In areas where dry weather advisories are in effect, such as Yeongdong in Gangwon and the eastern coast and northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, as well as parts of Gyeongnam, the air will be very dry. Other areas of Gyeongsang should also exercise caution against various fires, including wildfires, due to dry conditions.

Off the coast of the East Sea, winds are expected to blow very strongly at speeds of 30 to 60 km/h until the early morning, with waves reaching very high levels.

Wave heights in the seas are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the eastern sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the western sea, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the southern sea.

The wave heights in offshore waters (approximately 200 km from the coastline) are forecasted to be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the Yellow Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
