In a post on Oh's Facebook page, Oh expressed deep regret over the accident and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the victims and their families.
Oh urged prioritizing rapid rescue activities and the safety of rescue personnel, and said, "We will join forces to overcome this crisis together."
