According to the Korea meteorological Administration on the 26th, the morning low temperature on the 27th is forecasted to be minus 13 to 1 degree, and the daytime high temperature is expected to be minus 1 to 7 degrees.

Morning temperatures in northern and eastern Gyeonggi are expected to be around minus 10 degrees, while in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, they may drop to around minus 15 degrees, raising the possibility of a cold wave warning being announced.
From around midnight to 6 a.m. on the 27th, rain or snow will begin to fall on the west coast of Chungnam and the western areas of Jeolla, expanding inland to Chungnam and the Jeolla region in the afternoon.
At night, rain or snow is also expected in the southern west coast of Gyeonggi, central and southern Chungbuk, the western inland of Gyeongsang, and Jeju.
This snow is expected to continue in many areas until the 28th.
The expected snowfall is ▲ southern west coast of Gyeonggi and the five islands of the West Sea 1 cm or less ▲ west coast of Chungnam, southern inland of Chungnam 3-10 cm ▲ Daejeon, Sejong, central and northern inland of Chungnam, central and southern inland of Chungbuk 1-5 cm.
In the southern regions, there may be areas where more than 20 cm of snow accumulates.
In Gwangju, northwestern Jeonnam, 3-10 cm, Jeonbuk 5-15 cm (more than 20 cm in some places), other parts of Jeonnam 1-5 cm, western inland of Gyeongnam, Ulleungdo, Dokdo 1-5 cm, southwestern inland of Gyeongbuk around 1 cm, Jeju's mountainous areas 3-10 cm, mid-mountain areas of Jeju around 1 cm are expected.
If it makes precipitation in the form of rain, around 1 mm is expected on the southern west coast of Gyeonggi and the five islands of the West Sea, 5-10 mm in southern Chungnam, Gwangju, northwestern Jeonnam, and Jeju, 5-20 mm in Jeonbuk, 1 mm in southwestern inland of Gyeongbuk, and around 5 mm in other areas.
In Seoul, Incheon, southern inland of Gyeonggi, Daegu, and central-southern inland of Gyeongbuk, there may be areas with less than 0.1 cm of snowfall on the night of the 27th.
In the west coast of Chungnam and Jeolla, heavy and strong snowfall of 1-3 cm per hour is expected.
It is advised to check traffic conditions in advance and take precautions to prevent weak structures like plastic greenhouses from collapsing.
On the west coast, Yeongdong of Gangwon, northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, east coast of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju, strong winds with gusts around 55 km/h (70 km/h in mountainous areas) may occur.
There is also a possibility of a strong wind warning being announced on the west coasts of Chungnam and Jeolla.
According to the Ministry of Environment, the air quality across all areas is expected to be clean, with fine dust levels at a 'good' level.
