According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 23rd, the morning temperature will be around -10 degrees in the central inland areas, Gangwon Mountain region, and Gyeongbuk inland areas until the morning of the 25th, making it very cold. The wind will blow slightly strong, making it forecasted to feel even colder.

Morning lows will range from -15 to 2 degrees, and daytime highs will fluctuate between -1 and 10 degrees.

The morning lows in major areas are Seoul -6 degrees, Incheon -5 degrees, Suwon -6 degrees, Chuncheon -12 degrees, Gangneung -2 degrees, Cheongju -5 degrees, Daejeon -5 degrees, Jeonju -4 degrees, Gwangju -1 degree, Daegu -2 degrees, Busan 1 degree, and Jeju 7 degrees.

The daytime highs are Seoul 3 degrees, Incheon 2 degrees, Suwon 4 degrees, Chuncheon 2 degrees, Gangneung 8 degrees, Cheongju 4 degrees, Daejeon 5 degrees, Jeonju 6 degrees, Gwangju 7 degrees, Daegu 8 degrees, Busan 10 degrees, and Jeju 10 degrees.

Many areas across the country will experience icy roads and road frost.

Particular caution is needed for traffic safety and pedestrian falls, especially on side roads or alleys, bridges, overpasses, tunnel entrances and exits, sloped roads, and shaded roads where icy roads may form.

The entire country will be mostly clear, but clouds will increase from the evening. Jeolla region and Jeju island will have a lot of clouds.

Fine dust levels are expected to range from "good" to "moderate" across all areas.

Waves in the sea will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters off the east coast, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters off the west and south coasts.

The expected wave heights in the offshore areas within about 200 km from the coastline are 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West and South Seas.
