They plan to march past Jonggak Station to the Shinsegae Department Store in Myeong-dong. The organizers have reported to the police an anticipated turnout of 30,000 people.
The Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) will hold a rally at 1:30 p.m. in front of the Seoul Employment and Labor Office in Jung-gu, Seoul, calling for President Yoon's impeachment, and will join the emergency action rally after marching to the Dongshipjagak Gwanghwamun intersection. The National University Students Conference for Yoon's Resignation will also hold a rally near Gyeongbokgung Station at 1:30 a.m. to host the '3rd University Students Emergency Conference for Yoon Suk-yeol's Resignation.'
The Korean Peasants League, which is traveling to Seoul on tractors, announced plans to enter Seoul and march to the presidential residence in Hannam-dong and the rally location in Gwanghwamun. However, around 12:10 p.m., they were blocked by police near the Namtaeryeong Pass in Seocho-gu, Seoul. The police are fully controlling the Sadang Station-Namtaeryeong section.
At 1 p.m. on the same day, a rally opposing President Yoon's impeachment will be held. The Korean National Movement to Correct the Country (Daegukbon) will conduct a large-scale counter-rally in the Gwanghwamun area, opposing President Yoon's impeachment and calling for blocking the additional appointment of Constitutional Court judges by Acting President and Prime Minister Han Deok-soo.
