According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, daytime temperatures in the central region, North Jeolla, and North Gyeongsang are expected to remain around 0 degrees, and with strong winds, the wind chill will be even lower. The morning low temperature will be -12 to 1 degree, and the daytime high will be 0 to 8 degrees, similar to or slightly lower than usual.

The whole country will be generally clear, but the west coast of South Chungcheong and the Jeolla region will have many clouds, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy. Fine dust concentration will be at a 'good' level nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

The sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.

Wave heights in the outer seas (about 200 km off the coastline) are predicted to be 2.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
