The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 20th that rallies organized by 'Emergency Action for Immediate Resignation of Yoon Suk Yeol and Comprehensive Social Reform' (Resignation Action) are scheduled for the 21st in the afternoon around Dongshipja Rotary, Gwanghwamun crossroads, and Naejaro Rotary, with some roads to be controlled. After the rally, there will be a march via Ujeongguk-ro and Namdaemun-ro.

The Liberty Unification Party, opposing President Yoon's impeachment, will hold a rally from the Sejong-daero crossroads to Daehanmun. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency anticipated that tens of thousands would attend both rallies.

The police plan to operate flexible lanes to minimize inconvenience to citizens.

Additionally, about 170 traffic police officers will be deployed around the rally march and event areas to manage traffic such as vehicle detours.

A police official urged people to use public transportation, such as the subway, and to check traffic information if they must use their vehicles.
