On Sunday the 15th, the whole country will be cloudy with many clouds in Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, and Gangwon.
According to Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low on the 15th is forecasted to be -7 to 4 degrees, with a daytime high of 3 to 10 degrees.
Between dawn and morning, rain or snow is expected in southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, northern Jeolla, northern Jeonnam, and inland northern Gyeongbuk. Late at night, it might rain or snow in southern Jeolla and northern Jeonnam.
In Seoul, Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, and Yeongseo of Gangwon, there might be rain under 0.1 mm or snow under 0.1 cm between dawn and daytime.
From the 14th over two days, expected snowfall is 1 to 5 cm in southern Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungbuk, the western coast of Jeonnam, northern inland areas, and Jeonbuk. In Chungnam, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Jeju Island's mountainous areas, about 1 cm is expected.
Expected precipitation is under 5 mm in southern Gyeonggi, around 5 mm in Chungnam, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Jeju Island.
There is a possibility of announcing a wind and wave warning as very strong winds and high waves are expected in the central distant sea of the West Sea at dawn.
The sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea front sea, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea front sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea front sea.
The wave height in the offshore sea (within about 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
The concentration of fine dust is expected to be at a 'good' level across all regions due to smooth atmospheric diffusion.
