Seoul Metro Line 9 announced that starting from 2:45 p.m. that day, trains would pass through National Assembly Station and Yeouido Station on Line 9 without stopping.
Seoul Transportation Corporation announced around 2:58 p.m. that Line 5 trains at Yeouido Station were passing through without stopping, but re-announced that normal operations would resume from 3:10 p.m.
From 4 p.m. that day, the National Assembly is proceeding with the vote on President Yoon's impeachment motion. Currently, a large-scale rally urging impeachment is taking place at the National Assembly, organized by groups such as Emergency Action for Resignation, the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, and Candlelight Action. As of 2:30 p.m., police unofficially estimated that approximately 85,000 people had gathered for the rally.
