The morning lowest temperatures in major regions are Seoul -4 degrees, Incheon -3 degrees, Chuncheon -8 degrees, Gangneung -1 degree, Daejeon -4, Cheongju -3 degrees, Gwangju -1 degree, Jeonju -3 degrees, Daegu -2 degrees, Busan 0 degrees, and Jeju 5 degrees. The highest daytime temperatures are Seoul 3 degrees, Incheon 2 degrees, Chuncheon 3 degrees, Gangneung 7 degrees, Daejeon 5 degrees, Cheongju 4 degrees, Gwangju 5 degrees, Jeonju 5 degrees, Daegu 6 degrees, Busan 8 degrees, and Jeju 9 degrees.
The nation will be mostly clear, but Chungnam region, Jeolla region, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy. Additionally, late at night there will be rain or snow on the southern west coast of Chungnam and the west coast of Jeolla, which will continue until the 15th.
Meanwhile, the fine dust levels will be at 'good' to 'moderate' due to smooth atmospheric dispersion across all regions. The wave heights in the sea will be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East and West Korea seas and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Korea sea.
