Lotte Biologics will speed up its push into the global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) market by taking part in back-to-back global bio events next month. The company plans to focus on winning new customers by leveraging its "Korea-U.S. dual site," which connects the large-scale production capacity of the Songdo Bio Campus and its U.S. establishment.
Lotte Biologics said on the 14th it will participate in "CPHI Milan 2026" in Milan, Italy, from Oct. 6–8, followed by "Bio Japan 2026" in Japan and "World ADC San Diego" in the United States.
At CPHI Milan, the company will operate its own booth and showcase the large-scale commercial manufacturing capabilities of the Songdo Bio Campus and the competitiveness of its Korea-U.S. dual site. It will also hold an in-booth presentation to highlight its technological competitiveness in bispecific antibodies and continue partnering meetings with global pharmaceutical and bio corporations.
In Japan, it will emphasize the automation and digital capabilities of its production facilities. At Bio Japan, it will present an automated manufacturing control system (MCS), Digital Twin, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, and will work to secure customers in Asia by emphasizing quality stability and production efficiency.
In the United States, it aims to expand its ADC business. At World ADC San Diego, it plans to introduce its proprietary ADC platform and promote its technological competitiveness to global pharmaceutical and bio corporations and experts.
Lotte Biologics has expanded collaboration with global pharmaceutical and bio corporations this year and disclosed four contract wins. In June, it obtained approval for use of Plant 1 at the Songdo Bio Campus.
