Radio D&S Labs researches radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine imaging. DuChemBio acquired equity in 2024. With this merger, the two companies will integrate candidate substances, development, and production.
O Seung-jun, the founder of Radio D&S Labs, will be appointed chief technology officer (CTO) of DuChemBio. O has been involved in the development and approval processes for radiopharmaceuticals for Parkinson's disease and breast cancer.
