Dongwha Pharm said on the 8th that it announced a "labor-management harmony declaration" to strengthen mutual trust and cooperation between Dongwha Pharm and its labor union and to pursue sustainable growth.
The declaration was prepared to build labor-management relations that put customer value first, achieve mutual growth and harmony based on trust, consideration, and communication, and lead change and innovation together. Labor and management will adopt mutual respect and open communication as core principles, actively reflect on-site opinions in management, and create a corporate culture in which executives and employees grow together.
The union will actively participate in the company's growth through dialogue and cooperation and work to develop a culture of labor-management coexistence. Management also pledged to respect the value of labor, strive for the company's growth and development based on trust and cooperation, and share the results created together with members.
Since completing a new headquarters at its 1897 founding site last year and declaring a "third founding," Dongwha Pharm labor and management plan to actively cooperate in expanding global business and diversifying operations. Since the union's establishment in 1975, Dongwha Pharm has maintained over 50 years of dispute-free negotiations.
Co-CEOs Yun In-ho and Yu Jun-ha of Dongwha Pharm said, "The company's continued growth starts with the trust and cooperation of all executives and employees," adding, "We will communicate closely with the labor union and create a workplace where members can feel pride and happiness."
