L&C BIO was newly added to the KRX300, the flagship composite index of the Korea Exchange (KRX), on the 12th.
The KRX300 is a composite index made up of 300 stocks representing the main board and the KOSDAQ market. Constituents are selected through a comprehensive assessment of market capitalization, liquidity, financial soundness, and market representativeness. It is considered a leading domestic index used as a key benchmark by institutional investors and pension funds.
The company said the inclusion in the KRX300 is a result that officially recognizes its business competitiveness, growth potential, and standing in the market. It noted that being added to the investment universe of ETFs and index funds that track the KRX300 is expected to bring passive inflows and broaden its investor base.
