Cha Healthcare said on the 22nd that it will provide artificial intelligence (AI) health care services at the senior residence in Itaewon, Yongsan District, Seoul. The plan is to make it possible to look after health not only at hospitals but also in daily life.
The senior residence "Soyo Hannam by Parnas" will begin move-ins in 2029. Cha Healthcare has built a system in each unit that allows health to be managed with AI and artificial intelligence Internet of Things (AIoT). It combines anti-aging, which delays aging, with preventive medicine.
As interest in health has grown recently due to an aging population, more residential facilities are introducing health-focused services. Cha Healthcare linked AI, health care, and housing with the goal of extending healthy life expectancy.
Cha Healthcare operates hospitals in seven countries, including the United States and Australia. A company representative said, "We combined overseas medical operation know-how with digital capabilities."
